he has practiced real estate, business
& corporate law, & handled entity formation / organization, wills, trust

probate matters in the Bellaire & Southwest Houston area. He
graduated from South Texas College of Law, is a

active in the Business Section of the American &
TX Bar Assns & the Real Property Section of the
